A few quick answers to help you plan a smooth, stress free party.
How much space do I need?
Most units need a flat area a bit bigger than the castle itself, with room around it to anchor safely. Send us your spot and we will check it fits.
What surface can it go on?
Grass is ideal. We can also set up on hard standing or indoors with the right anchoring, just tell us the surface when you book.
What if it rains or gets windy?
Light showers are usually fine as units have rain covers. In strong winds we may need to move the date for safety, and we will always agree it with you first.
What do you need on the day?
Access to the spot and a standard power socket within reach for the blower. No socket nearby? Ask us about a generator.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can. Weekends and summer dates get booked up quickly, so it is worth getting your date locked in.
Does someone need to watch the kids?
Yes, a responsible adult should supervise at all times. We will run through the simple safety points with you on drop off.
